    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds Oreos, processed in food processor to crumbs
    • 12 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese, lowfat
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 4 small packages instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 4 3/4 cups milk
    • Sweetened whipped cream or 16 oz. Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Cream the cream cheese and butter together.
    2. Mix the pudding mix with the milk.
    3. Fold the pudding into the cheese mixture.
    4. Make the sweetened whipped cream by whipping heavy cream (2 cups) at medium speed on mixer till soft peaks form. Add 6 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Continue whipping on medium till soft peaks return, 2 to 3 minutes.
    5. Fold whipped cream into chocolate pudding mixture.

    6. Layer cookie crumbs, then pudding mix, cookie crumbs, pudding mix and keep repeating as often as desired ending with cookie crumbs.
    7. Gummy worms or sour bright crawlers may be added for effect.
