    Spinach 'n' Bean Tostadas

    Makes 2 servings. 1 serving = 3 WW Points


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C canned fat-free refried beans
    • 2 tostada shells, about 1/2 oz each
    • 1/4 C thawed and well-drained frozen chopped spinach
    • 1/4 C each salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and fat-free cheddar cheese
    • 2 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
    • Hot sauce to taste (optonal)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Spread 1/4 C refried beans on each tostada shell; top each with 2 Tbsp spinach. Place on baking sheet; bake 5 minutes.
    3. Transfer to serving platter; top each with 2 Tbsp salsa, lettuce, tomato and cheese, then 1 Tbsp sour cream. Serve immediately, with hot sauce if desired.
