    1 serving = 10 points


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. whole-grain penne or corkscrew pasta
    • 16 oz. pkg frozen peas
    • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    • 1 C jarred light Alfredo sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Two minutes before pasta is done, add peas and shrimp to cooking water. Cook for 2 minutes.
    2. Drain peas, shrimp and pasta.
    3. Return mixture to pot. Add Alfredo sauce. Cook, stirring, until heated through--about 2 to 3 minutes.
    4. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
