    Sweet and Spicy Chicken Fajitas

    Recipe Introduction


    A really tasty dinner!


    List of Ingredients


    • Olive oil for sauteing
    • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
    • 1/2 Cup Salsa
    • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
    • 2 Tbls packed Brown Sugar
    • 1 Tbls Mustard Seeds
    • 1 Chilli Pepper deseeded and sliced
    • 1 Yellow or orange bell pepper cut up into bite size pieces
    • 1 Tomato chopped
    • Flour Tortillas
    • Shredded Mexican Chese optional for taste


    Instructions


    1. Saute chicken in olive oil until no longer pink
    2. Add the salsa, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard seeds, chilli pepper, bell pepper and tomato
    3. Let cook for 4 min or until vegetables are tender and all the ingredients have a chance to blend together
    4. Serve hot in flour tortillas (Sprinkle with cheese if desired)
