    This is a great recipe I got from the Smoke Signal. It really does serve only 3-4 people even though it starts out looking like a big amount. They recommended you serve it with mustard, horseradish and boiled new potatoes.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 medium potato, diced
    1/2 t. salt
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 t. caraway seed
    1 1/2 lb. Polish Sausage
    14 oz. chicken broth

    Recipe



    Mix together all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-10 hours or on high 2-4 hours.

    Yield: 4 servings
