    Here's a great appetizer for any occassion. Your family and friends will love this dish.

    List of Ingredients




    20 Large Mint Leaves
    2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
    1 Teaspoon Salt
    5 Tablespoons Oil
    1 Tablespoon Water
    3 Tablespoons Vinegar
    4 Red Ripe Tomatoes

    Recipe



    Cut up mint leaves, put in small bowl. Add garlic and salt. Mash together with the back of a wooden spoon until mint is well crushed. Add oil, water and vinegar. Blend thoroughly. Peel and quarter tomatoes. Pack into glass jar. Pour dressing over tomatoes; cover. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend. The longer they set the better. Makes 4 servings.
