Recipe Introduction

This is a tangy appetizer that will please the tastes of everyone. Makes a great holiday gift also.

List of Ingredients

2 Packages (3 Ounce) Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Ounces Roquefort, Crumbled
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Celery
1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
Few Drops Tabasco Sauce
Dash Of Cayenne Pepper
1 Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts
Assorted Snack Crackers


Recipe

Combine cheeses. Blend in celery, onion, tabasco sause and cayenne pepper. Shape a roll 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Coat with nuts. Wrap in wax paper; refrigerate until firm. Slice and serve with assorted snack crackers. Makes 1 log.
