    This is the perfect dish for cooler days or pre-holiday season meals for you friends and family. Fast and easy to fix.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Pound Sole, Orange Roughy Or Cod Fillets
    6 Ounces Crabmeat, Drained, Flaked And Cartilage Removed
    1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
    1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
    1/3 Cup Slivered Almonds, Toasted
    Paprika (Optional)

    Recipe



    Place fillets in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the crab, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Drain cooking juices from baking dish; spoon crab mixture over fillets. Broil 5 inches from the heat for 5 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Sprinkle with almonds and if desired, sprinkle on paprika. Yields 4 servings.
