    This is the perfect Salmon recipe. I've been enjoying this recipe for over 40 years. Hope you enjoy it for just as long if not longer.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Salmon Fillet (1 Pound)
    2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
    2 Tablespoons Grated Lemon Peel
    1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Basil
    1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
    4 1/2 Teaspoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
    Dash Of Pepper

    Recipe



    Place fish, skin side down, in a disposable foil pan. Combine the lemon juice, vinegar, lemon peel, basil, garlic powder and soy sauce; pour over fish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper. Place pan on grill. Cover grill and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yields 4 servings.
