Recipe Introduction
Corn pudding is one of my very favorite vegetable dishes. This one is great as it uses fresh corn.
List of Ingredients
8 Large Ears Of Corn
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons ButterRecipe
Cut corn from cob then boil until medium tender (do not fully cook). After corn is ready, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, salt and butter then drain water from corn and add this mixture. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
