    This is one of my very favorite dishes. The stuffing can be made with either beef or corned beef hash. The corned beef hash is my favorite method.

    List of Ingredients




    4 Large Green Peppers
    Beef Or Corned Beef Hash (Your Choice)
    1 Large Tomato, Chopped
    1 Cup Toasted Bread Crumbs
    1 Cup Diced Cheddar Cheese
    Pinch Of Salt
    Pepper To Taste
    Pinch Of Sugar

    Recipe



    Cut green peppers in half, remove seeds and wash out pepper halves. In a bowl mix beef or hash with diced tomatoes, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and sugar. Fill pepper halves with meat mixture. Bake in shallow buttered pan with just a little water in bottom of pan. Bake until meat is done, 375 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Check constantly to see that peppers do not burn.
