    These tangy carrots are an excellent addition to any meal. They're good for you and real tasty.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Pound Carrots, Sliced
    3 Tablespoons Butter
    1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    1/8 Teaspoon Salt

    Recipe



    Place carrots in a saucepan. Add 1-inch of water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 7 to 9 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened and carrots are coated. Yields 4 delicious servings.
