    Makes 2 loaves.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1-1/2 cup raisins
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 pint sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 2 loaf panns. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream and raisins. Mix until just combined. Divide batter between the loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
