    Crockpot Round Steak in Gravy

    This is really good served over egg noodles!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pounds round steaks, browned
    • 2 carrots, sliced
    • 2 onions, sliced
    • 1 pkg. dry onion and mushroom soup mix
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 soup can of water


    Instructions


    1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place half of the round steak, carrots, and onions in crockpot. Combine dry soup mix, cream of mushroom soups, and water. Pour half of the sauce over steaks. Repeat layers. Cook on high 6-8 hours.


    Final Comments


    When I made this, I cooked it on low for 6-8 hours and it was extremely tender. Leftovers were delicious the next day.
