    Ham and Parmesan Potatoes

    • 4 to 6 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch cubes**
    • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    • 1 ham steak (about 1 pound)diced
    • pepper to tatste
    • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
    • 1/2 tsp celery seed
    • 3/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
    • 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz) country gravy mix
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 cup evaporated milk


    Instructions


    1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Layer potatoes, onions and ham, sprinkling seasonings, shredded cheese, and gravy mix on each layer. Add water; cover and cook for about 7 to 9 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high. Add evaporated milk and serve.

    **I used frozen diced hash browns instead--saves time and cooks more evenly.
