    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz. Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 Tbsp milk
    • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 cans (6oz each) chunk tuna in water, drained
    • 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together mayonnaise, cheese, milk, and seasonings until well blended. In large bowl, toss cooled elbow macaroni, tuna and broccoli. Add dressing; Blend thoroughly. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally. Serve on lettuce, if desired.
