    Perfect snack for playing cards with friends.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 lb. crab meat (or shrimp)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning (Tabasco)

    Recipe



    Combine biscuit mix, cheese and onion. Shred crab - add to mixture. Combine egg, water, Worcestershire, and liquid seasoning. Blend well. Heat about 1 1/2 inches oil in a frypan to 375 degrees F. Drop by teaspoon full and fry until golden brown. Keep warm or cool and freeze. When frozen, partially thow and heat in an oven at 350 degrees F. for 12 minutes. Serve with mustard dip. MUSTARD DIP: 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 T Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. lemon juice.
