    STUFFED SHRIMP

    This is for 2 servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 whole shrimp, peeled & deveined, size should be 26-30 count.
    • 1/2 bread crumbs
    • 1 tsp. margaine, low fat
    • 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    • 2 Tbls. mushrooms, chopped fine
    • 2 Tbls. celery, & leaves chopped fine
    • 1-2 Tbls. water to moisten
    • 1/2 tsp Each garlic & onion powder
    • 4-6 drops of hot sauce


    Instructions


    1. Peel & devein shrimp, and cut a slit up the "stomach" side for the stuffing. Place in a sprayed pie plate
    2. Lightly mix all ingredients except shrimp, and then put about 1/2 teaspoon stuffing in each shrimp.
    3. Bake in a 375°F oven for about 5 to 8 minutes, or until edges of shrimp look whiteish.
    4. Shredded cheese may be added, for color,taste.

    5. Serve with rice.
