    Easy Fluffy Salad (or Watergate salad)

    Lasts a long time in refrig.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 9oz carton whipped topping
    • 1 pkg instant Pistachio pudding mix
    • 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple + juice
    • 1 cup minature marshmallows
    • 1/2 c nuts, chopped (pecans)


    Instructions


    1. Fold dry pudding mix into whipped topping.
    2. Add pineapple + juice, marshmallows, and nuts.
    3. Mix well, and refrigerate


    Final Comments


    A large can of mixed fruit can be substituted.
