    Never Fail Piecrust

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups shortening
    1 egg
    5 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon vinegar

    Blend dry ingredients with shortening. Add egg and liquids (beaten together). Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. Use as much as needed. Warm to room temperature when ready to use. Will keep one week in refrigerator. Makes enough for three pies.
