    Deviled Red Snapper

    4 servings red snapper -- about 2 lbs.
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup finely chopped red onion -- or green onion
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon dill weed
    panko -- about 1/2 c.

    Mix mayo, onion, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and dill weed. Coat snapper with mixture and place in oiled baking pan. . Sprinkle with panko. Bake ay 425F for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
