    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1/2 c vegetable oil
    1/4 c rice vinegar
    1/4 c peanut butter
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes -- or to taste
    1/2 tsp sugar -- or to taste

    Blend well.

    Makes 1 cup.
