Recipe Introduction
This was made by my niece at a family reunion. It was so yummy!
She also divided this and added a small seeded and diced jalapeno to 1/2 of it.
List of Ingredients
2 lg. tomatoes diced
2 avacado's diced
3 bunches of green onions,chopped
1-2 red onions diced
1 can black beans . drain and rinse
1 can Mexicorn, drain and rinse
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 pkg.Good seasons Italian dressing.
mix all together and serve with tortilla scoops.Recipe
