Pineapple Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cheese Ball
2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple. (drained and squeeze juice out)
1/4 to 1/2 finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped onion-optional
1/4/to1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.
Chill about 10 minutes, then form into ball and roll in 1 cup of pecans.
Serve with vegetable thins or townhouse crackers.
