    Old Faithful apple Nut Cake

    3 cups dried apples
    1 cup oil
    1 cup chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 cups self-rising flour

    mix all ingredients together,with hands. Put into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until tests clean.
    may be made 2-3 days ahead of serving time. Cake also freezes well.
