Hash Brown Potato Casserole
1-2lb. bag hash brown potatoes,slightly thawed.
½ cup chopped onions
1-10oz.package sharp Cheddar cheese,grated
1-8oz. carton sour cream
1-10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 stick margarine, melted
bread crumbs
1.Mix all together; put in a greased 3 quart casserole.Cover top with bread crumbs; melt and pour another stick of margarine over the bread crumbs.Bake 1 hour at 350º
