Mixed Vegetable Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion,chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 can Italian tomato soup (11 oz.)
1 can mixed vegetables (16 oz.) drained
2 cups hot mashed potatoes, made with milk and butter
1 cup cubed American cheese
In a skillet,cook beef onion salt & pepper,Drain;
Add soup, mix well.
put in a greased 9 in. baking dish.Sprinkle with the vegetables.
In a bowl combine the mashed potatoes with the cheese; spread over the vegetables. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
