Banana Split Dessert
This is also low-fat,low- sugar.
24 low-fat graham crackers
2 small sugar-free vanilla INSTANT pudding
3 cups skim milk, plus 1½ cups skim milk
12 ounces lite whipped topping,thawed
2 small sugar-free banana INSTANT pudding
1-16 ounce creshed pineapple , Drained
3-4 bananas (more if you want)
strawberries
chopped pecans
1.Place 8 crackers in a 13x9 pan.
2. Mix vanilla pudding with 3 cups skim milk, let sit 2 minutes.Stir in drained crushed pineapple.Fold in whipped topping.Pour half over graham crackers.Slice bananas over this.
3.Top with 8 more crackers, then rest of pudding mixture.Top this layer with sliced strawberries.
4.Put the last 8 crackers over this. Mix the banana pudding with remaining 1½ cups milk.Spread this over top layer of crackers. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.Refrigerate at least 6 hour or overnight.
