Pineappple Orange Dip

Pineapple-Orange Dip
1 6-oz container of vanilla yogurt
2 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1-1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute/Splenda
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
1/4 teaspoon ground cinamon
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process til very smooth.
Serve with assorted fruits.
Serves 8
Exchange; 2 Tablespoons = 1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat
