    SHOEPEG CORN SALAD

    Combine:
    2 cans cut green beans, drained
    2 cans shoepeg corn, drained (very crisp and delicious)
    1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
    1 lg jar chopped pimentos, drained
    2c celery, chopped
    2c green bell pepper, chopped
    1c red onion, chopped

    Mix, Heat & Cool:
    1/2c oil
    1c vinegar
    1.5c sugar
    2t seasoned salt
    2t pepper

    Combine veggies. Mix, heat & cool dressing mixture. Once cooled, pour dressing mixture over veggies & toss. Cover & refrigerate 12-24 hours.
