Seven-Layer Mexican Dip

Recipe Introduction

This is wonderful to take to a party, I serve it with the Dorito Lights Serves 12 at 1 Point each for 1/4 cup dip

List of Ingredients

1 Cup Fat free Sour cream
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1/4 c low fat shredded cheddar cheese
4 medium scallions chopped
1 small tomatoe chopped
1 small can of sliced black olives


Recipe

Put refried beans in blender and blend until smooth then spread in a 9 inch pie plate.
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning, mixing well.
spread sour cream, cheese, scallions, olives and tomatoes over the beans. refrigerate until ready to use
I also add shredded lettuce to mine just before serving.
