    Recipe Introduction

I made these this weekend. I used about a 2 inch Heart cutout and got 63 cookies from the dough, which made them less then 1 Point each! They were good!

    List of Ingredients

    6 Tablespoons shortening( I used I can't believe it's not butter)
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 Tablespoons milk
1 large egg ( I used egg beaters)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups flour
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

    Recipe

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Sift flour, salt
and baking powder together and add to other ingredients. Mix well. Roll
dough out thin and cut with cookie cutter. If dough is not stiff enough
add a little more flour. Chilling dough makes it easier to handle. Bake on
greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Makes 40
    1 Point Each

I made a powder sugar glaze and frosted them... I don't think it added any points to each cookie
