    I fixed this tonight for dinner, it says it makes 2 servings, but WOW! they would have been huge! I divided it into 3 servings so Dee would have leftovers for her lunch tomorrow. This is very tasty and you get alot for the points!

    List of Ingredients




    16 medium frozen cooked shrimp (36-40)
    1 pkg. Green Giant Alfredo vegetables
    2 cups cooked pasta (bow tie)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder(or you could add 1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste

    Recipe



    1) quick thaw in cold water and remove tails from frozen cooked shrimp
    2) In large saucepan cook one pkg of Green Giant Alfredo Vegetables per package direction, adding garlic and red pepper flakes as desired
    3. When sauce is melted, add shrimp and stir and continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
    4) drain pasta and add to vegetable mixture, stir and heat for about 2 minutes.
    5) put in serving bowl

    Makes 2 Huge Servings
    8 Points each

    I divided this into 3 and counted it at 5.5 points each. There was plenty of food to fill us up. I served it with a side salad
