    Heart Attack Cheese Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 (8oz) pkgs of cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar (or more to taste)
    • 3 T flour
    • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 6 eggs
    • heavy cream, at least 1 cup -- add until texture is right


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 500
    2. Prepare pan with crust of choice. (Graham Cracker is traditional)
    3. Cream cheese in mixing bowl. Add sugar, flour, lemon rind, vanilla extract and salt. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Blend in cream. (don’t beat) Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 500∞ for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 200∞ and bake for 65 to 70 minutes until filling is almost set and golden brown. (It may crack. Don’t worry.) Cool. Chill overnight before serving.
