    Cousin Cathy's Meat Loat

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 tsp dried sage leaf
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    • 1 egg
    • 1 clove garlic, finey chopped
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 T worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except the ketchup. Spread mixture in loaf pan. Spoon ketchup over top. Cathy's recipe didn't say anything about baking, but I usually bake for about an hour.
