    Roma Meat Roll

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 8oz cans pizza sauce
    • 1 t salt
    • 1/2 t oregano
    • 1/8 t ground pepper
    • 2 C shredded romano/parmesan mix


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.

    2. Combine all ingredients except 1 can sauce and cheese.

    3. Flatten and shape into a rectangle (roughly 10'x12') on wax paper.

    4. Sprinkle cheese over and roll up. Put into shallow pan and press ends shut.

    5. Take at 350 for 1 hour. Drain and pour 2nd can of sauce over the roll. Bake 15 minutes more.
