    Recipe Introduction

This is a recipe that you cook on the grill (I guess you can do it in the oven, but I dont think I ever have). It is so good! Would probably be good for you if you didnt add all that cheese at the end, but that is what makes it good.

    List of Ingredients

    Red Potatoes
    Valdalia Onions
    Carrots
Butter - 1 Tablespoon per foil
    Salt and Pepper
    Chedder Cheese
    Mushrooms (if you like)
We have even added chicken and it was a complete meal, but I like it best with just veggies.

    Recipe

You will need a big piece of foil for each person that you are cooking for. I usually start with the potatoes first (I dont peel mine) and add about a potato per foil in thin slices, then slice up the onions adding some to each foil (if you like onions carmalized your gonna want to add probably a couple of slices to each foil), then cut up the carrots or you can buy those aready sliced horizontally and just add them to the foil, place 1 tablespoon of butter on each foil, salt and pepper. Fold the foil up till it forms a pouch and roll the ends up, (you dont want the butter to drip) its also best to put the solid side of the foil touching the grill. I kindve try to fold it longways and shake it a bit so the veggies are spread out and not in a pile so they will cook evenly. Preheat grill and then turn down to low. Place on grill and cook for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. You will have to check, because some grills cook hotter than others and they will burn. Once they are done, take them off, open each one up and put a handfull of chedder cheese in each pouch and close back up so the cheese will melt. It is so good, just eat it right out of the pouch!
