Sweet and Spicy Kielbasa

1 cup packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 small onion -- chopped
2 pounds kielbasa -- cut in 2" pieces

Combine brown sugar, mustard, and onion in a crockpot. Add kielbasa and stir to coat evenly. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours, stir occasionally.

NOTES : You can cut the kielbasa into smaller slices and use as an appetizer.
