    Malted Milk Muffins

    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup Whoppers candy malted milk balls -- coarsely crushed
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 egg -- beaten
    3/4 cup lowfat sour cream
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    6 tablespoons melted butter
    3 tablespoons milk

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper cups.

    In a large bowl, combine flour, Whopper's, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, combine egg, sour cream, vanilla, butter, and milk. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir just to blend, do not over stir.

    Spoon batter evenly in prepared muffin pan.

    Bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
