Black Bean & Cheese Tortilla Roll Ups

Recipe Introduction
I improvised this recipe for something to serve as a munchy on July 4th. I make a cream cheese and jalapeno tortilla wedge recipe that is kind of a pain to slice (the cream cheese tends to ‘splooge’ out when you cut them), plus I don’t really care much for jalapenos, so I wanted to come up with something similar, but different. They taste great and were very popular.
This is another one of my ‘ingredient list’ recipes. No real quantities – just do it to taste.
List of Ingredients
Cream cheese, softened
Canned black beans
Shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese mixture
Green salsa
Taco seasoning mix
Flour tortillas
Recipe
Stir the cream cheese until smooth. Add the next 4 next ingredients, to taste. Heat each tortilla in microwave about 10 seconds to soften. Spread each tortilla thinly with cream cheese mix; roll up tightly and refrigerate about 1 hour.
With a good serrated knife, slice into bite-size pieces.
Serve w/ salsa.
