These were an expriment for our Super Bowl party and they worked exactly like I hoped they would! Takes a while to put them together, but the last minute prep is just frying the premade wontons and serving. They were so good - creamy, spicy, crunchy - all the good things!
List of Ingredients
One half-recipe Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 (60 count) packages wonton skins
oil for deep frying
Recipe
Make the dip, mixing all ingredients together in a large pan on the stove and melting them slowly. When thoroughly mixed and heated through, cool and refrigerate.
When completely cold, form the wontons with 1 t. of the dip. At this point you can cover and refrigerate the wontons. When ready to serve, heat oil in a skillet and fry until golden brown.
