    My version of a recipe by Lone Star at roadfood.com

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (10.5 oz.) chicken broth
    ½ c. oil
    2 t. Seasoned salt
    ½ t. cayenne pepper
    1 t. celery seed
    1 T. parsley flakes
    2 t. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
    5 – 6 oz. cooked and finely chopped chicken breast
    1/3 c. chopped almonds, toasted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and add the flour all at once. Stir well. Over low heat add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. After all eggs are beaten in, stir in the chicken and almonds.

    Drop by ½ teaspoonsful on parchment paper lined baking sheets and bake 10-15 minutes.

    NOTE: These freeze and reheat very well.
