    Good group project! My family and I made these together and cooked some and froze the rest. Really fun to do and easy!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. ground pork
    • 4 1/2 oz. cooked chopped shrimp
    • 6 water chestnuts - finely chopped
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1 T. soy sauce
    • 1 t. corn starch
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 1 lb. wonton skins


    Instructions


    1. Brown pork. Drain. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add rest of ingredients (except skins) to pork. Add cornstarch mix. Mix well and stuff each skin with 1/2 t. filling, moistening edges to seal. Fry until browned and crisp.


    Final Comments


    Serve with duck sauce and hot mustard.
