Good group project! My family and I made these together and cooked some and froze the rest. Really fun to do and easy!
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 4 1/2 oz. cooked chopped shrimp
- 6 water chestnuts - finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 t. corn starch
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 lb. wonton skins
Instructions
- Brown pork. Drain. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add rest of ingredients (except skins) to pork. Add cornstarch mix. Mix well and stuff each skin with 1/2 t. filling, moistening edges to seal. Fry until browned and crisp.
Final Comments
Serve with duck sauce and hot mustard.
