    List of Ingredients


    • 8 small baking potatoes, baked, cut in half and scooped out
    • 3 T. olive oil
    • 1/2 t. seasoned salt
    • 1/4 t. garlic powder
    • 1/4 t. paprika
    • pepper, to taste
    • reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 4 pieces of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Mix olive oil and seasonings, brush on potatoes. Bake for 7 minutes, turn, brush again and bake for another 7 minutes.
    2. Top with cheese and bacon. Bake until cheese is melted.


    Final Comments


    Serve with reduced fat sour cream, green onions, salsa, jalapenos, etc.

    These get really crispy and good if you use a pizza stone in the oven and cook them directly on it.
