    Source of Recipe

    Unknown

    Recipe Introduction

These are really good. Use your favorite Sweet and Sour sauce.

    List of Ingredients

    • about 16 whole wings, end bits cut off and wings cut into two pieces
    • garlic salt
    • 2 eggs
    • cornstarch
    • oil for frying
    • two 10-oz. jars of sweet and sour sauce

    Instructions

    1. Parboil the wings (about 10 minutes). Drain and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    2. Beat eggs with a little water and pour over wings and toss. Dredge in cornstarch. Fry in oil.
    3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush wings with sweet and sour sauce (or dip them in it) and put on a baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, until sauce is bubbly.

    Final Comments

These stay hot for a very long time and are very messy! But good.
