Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

These are really good. Use your favorite Sweet and Sour sauce.
List of Ingredients
- about 16 whole wings, end bits cut off and wings cut into two pieces
- garlic salt
- 2 eggs
- cornstarch
- oil for frying
- two 10-oz. jars of sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Parboil the wings (about 10 minutes). Drain and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Beat eggs with a little water and pour over wings and toss. Dredge in cornstarch. Fry in oil.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush wings with sweet and sour sauce (or dip them in it) and put on a baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, until sauce is bubbly.
Final Comments
These stay hot for a very long time and are very messy! But good.
