    Chinese BBQ'd Pork

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 T. honey
    • 2 T. hoisin sauce
    • 2 T. catsup
    • 1 T. soy sauce
    • 1/8 t. five spice powder
    • 3 drops red food coloring
    • 2 (3/4) pork tenderloins


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour over pork. Marinate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove pork - reserve marinade.

    2. Place pork on microwave safe rack. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on medium-high (70%) for 7 minutes. Brush with marinade. Turn 1/4 turn. Cover and microwave on 70% for 8 minutes. Set aside.

    3. Place marinade in microwave on high until it boils. Pour over pork and slice.
