    Barbeque Meat Loaf

    Recipe Introduction

    This is a great, simple and easy to make meat loaf. Its good hot or cold. The sauce is very thin, which works out wonderfully – I poked some holes in the loaf before pouring the sauce on and it really sinks into the meat adding a LOT of flavor.

    List of Ingredients

    1 ½ lb. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg
    Salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
    3 T. brown sugar
    2 T. Worcestershire sauce
    3 T. vinegar
    2 T. mustard

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper and ½ of the can of tomato sauce. Form loaf and put into loaf pan or casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
