    Grilled Flank Steak w/ Rosemary

    Recipe Introduction

    Simple and delicious. Serve with a great salad, crusty bread and your favorite green vegetable.

    List of Ingredients

    ½ c. soy sauce
    ½ c. olive oil
    4 ½ T. honey
    6 lg. garlic cloves, minced
    3 T. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 T. dried
    1 ½ t. pepper
    1 ½ t. salt
    2 ¼ lb. flank steak

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients except steak. Put steak in plastic zipper bag and pour in marinade. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours, turning occasionally.

    Grill or broil on medium high heat about 4 minutes on each side for rare. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice across the grain.

    Serves 6 – 8.
