- 2 lb. flank steak
- toothpicks
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/8 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
Instructions
- Cut flank steak into 1/2 inch strips (lengthwise); roll each strip into a roll about 3" in diameter. Fasten each roll with toothpicks.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place meat in a glass dish; top with marinade and allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to cook, place steak rolls over a hot fire and cook to the doneness you prefer.
