    Grilled Steak Rolls

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. flank steak
    • toothpicks
    • 2 T. honey
    • 2 T. cider vinegar
    • 3/4 c. oil
    • 1/2 c. soy sauce
    • 1/8 t. dry mustard
    • 1 t. ground ginger
    • 1 t. garlic powder
    • 1 t. onion powder


    Instructions


    1. Cut flank steak into 1/2 inch strips (lengthwise); roll each strip into a roll about 3" in diameter. Fasten each roll with toothpicks.

    2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place meat in a glass dish; top with marinade and allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    3. When ready to cook, place steak rolls over a hot fire and cook to the doneness you prefer.
