List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak - thinly sliced (sometimes this is labeled "for sandwiches")
- 1 1/2 c. stuffing - prepared
- 2 T. hot fat
- 2 1/2 c. beef broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put stuffing on each piece of beef. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
- Brown in fat. Pour off fat.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- You can thicken the sauce with a cornstarch/water mix, if you like.
